Overview:
The Technical and Operations Specialist will support various projects’ technical and logistical aspects, including the setup and maintenance of AI platforms, backend website development, and facilitating the overall technological infrastructure required for project success. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency and logistical planning to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. The projects include the GoIsrael.org portal, the Rav Noach Weinberg AI Educational Platform, and the Jerusalem Fellowships alumni 40-year project and events.
Key Responsibilities:

AI Setup and Light Programming:
- Assist in setting up and customizing specialized OpenAI assistant instances for the Rav Noach Weinberg AI platform.
- Perform light programming tasks to integrate AI solutions with existing systems.
- Ensure AI platforms are properly configured, maintained, and updated.
Backend Website Development:
- Support backend development tasks for the Jerusalem Fellowships website and GoIsrael.org portal.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to implement necessary backend functionalities.
- Ensure website performance, security, and scalability.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for project-related technology issues.
- Work with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical challenges.
Logistical Planning:
- Coordinate logistical aspects of project execution, including resource allocation and timeline management.
- Support the planning and organization of events, webinars, and virtual tours for the Jerusalem Fellowships 40th Anniversary celebrations.
Database Management:
- Assist in creating and maintaining databases for storing alumni information, AI responses, and project data.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Project Scope:
- Support the GoIsrael.org portal development and maintenance.
- Implement and manage the Rav Noach Weinberg AI Educational Platform.
- Assist in organizing and executing the Jerusalem Fellowships alumni 40-year project and related events.
  Qualifications:

Experience in backend web development and programming.
Familiarity with AI technologies and integration.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
