The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of key marketing activities across multiple DTC e-commerce brands. Specifically our kids and toys, pet brand, camping brand, and our home furniture brand. A national title insurance agency is looking for a national commercial closing coordinator.

Duties include handling complete real estate transactions from start to close:

  • perform title clearance
  • prepare proformas
  • prepare escrow agreements, title affidavits
  • prepare closing statements

Knowledge of title insurance and endorsements, as well as excellent customer service skills a must.

Minimum 3 years experience required. Position can be fully remote; work can be done at our office in Valley Stream, NY for those who prefer an in-office position. Salary is commensurate with experience.
