Are you passionate about Torah, fluent in the latest AI tools, and ready to shape the future of Jewish scholarship?
We are looking for an exceptional AI/ML Engineer who is not only proficient in modern generative AI technologies but also deeply connected to the world of Torah and Jewish learning. You will join a mission-driven initiative to build the world’s most sophisticated agentic search engine for Torah academics—a tool that will transform how sefarim are written, shiurim are prepared, and Torah is learned and taught globally.
:rocket: What You’ll Do
Develop and refine agentic and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to support Torah-based search, synthesis, and exploration.
Implement and fine-tune LLM-based architectures for question answering, text generation, summarization, and knowledge tracing.
Design scalable data engineering pipelines for ingesting and processing diverse Torah corpora, including classical and modern texts, commentaries, and responsa.
Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art methods in natural language understanding (NLU) for Hebrew/Aramaic/English hybrid texts.
:jigsaw: Ideal Background
Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, ideally with exposure to LLMs, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
Solid software engineering skills (Python, FastAPI, LangChain/LlamaIndex, etc.).
Experience with data engineering (ETL pipelines, data normalization, text preprocessing).
Strong familiarity with Torah texts: Talmud, Rishonim, Acharonim, Halacha, Tanach, and commentaries.
Comfort reading and understanding Hebrew and Rabbinic sources; ability to apply that knowledge meaningfully in machine learning tasks.

Web Project Manager Role
-The technical details:
Fully remote position
15-20 hours/week, flexible hours
Option for hourly or salary payment structure
Are you a good fit for this role?
Your skills:
Extreme attention to aesthetic detail (like, you notice when a button has a 32 px border radius and not a 36 one)
Extreme attention to technical detail (Did someone forget to set a confirmation message for that form?)
Enough understanding of UX/UI, websites, and technical terms to communicate effectively with designers and developers
Organizational skills
Clear communication and the ability to handle client pressure
What you’ll do in this role:
Track every task and deliverable throughout a website project.
Manage the developer with clear briefs, bug tickets, and timeline accountability.
Create clarity for developers and designers throughout the project using our website management processes & checklists.
QA the heck out of every developed website page before it hits the client’s eyes.
Manage client expectations and keep them updated throughout.
Streamline communication between clients and developers.
Troubleshoot confidently when website issues come up.
