We’re a New York-based company with a well-established business that currently relies heavily on manual processes. We’re now looking to automate a major portion of our workflow by building a tool that scrapes data from 50+ websites and organizes it into a structured database for pricing intelligence.
We’ve started development with an overseas team and are seeking a fractional Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and oversight to the project. You’ll begin with approximately 10 hours per week, helping assess the current team and approach. If it’s a good fit, this role can grow into a full-time opportunity.
:dart: Responsibilities
Take ownership of project delivery from planning through execution
Evaluate the performance and capabilities of the current development team
Serve as a bridge between the product owner and technical team
Develop lightweight documentation of business goals and technical requirements
Help prioritize and break down tasks for developers
Assist with QA/testing of scraped data and database outputs
Recommend process improvements and project management tools as needed
