Development Manager (Israel-Based)
We are seeking an experienced Development Manager to join our dynamic team based in Israel. While preference will be given to local candidates, we are open to considering strong candidates who can effectively manage the team remotely.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of development experience, with a strong background in JavaScript (JS) and HTML. In addition, the candidate must possess at least 2 years of team management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team of developers.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
Ability to translate software architecture plans and UI markup into actionable items
Develop and implement software solutions using JavaScript (JS), HTML, and other relevant technologies.
Utilize TypeScript and Serverless Framework (AWS Lambda) for efficient and scalable serverless application development.
Demonstrate expertise in API creation and consumption, enabling seamless integration between applications.
Utilize Docker to containerize applications, ensuring consistent and efficient deployment across different environments.
Leverage AWS ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and EC2 to help design and implement cloud-based solutions.
Ensure high code quality and adherence to development best practices.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Skills:
Minimum 5 years of development experience, with a strong proficiency in JavaScript (JS) and HTML.
At least 2 years of team management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a development team.
