Product Manager-KSOC
The team at KSOC are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead, develop and execute a strategic roadmap. It is a highly visible and cross functional role with the potential to drive significant impact in the growth-oriented strategy for Security products at KSOC. This position is remote. (Ideally on East Coast in US)

What You’ll Do

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer requirements, guiding and executing a customer-centric product roadmap. This entails considering market trends, competitive dynamics, and driving meaningful business impact across KSOC’s product suite.
  • Serve as a vocal internal advocate for our customers, facilitating collaboration with key stakeholders in sales, engineering, and program management. The goal is to deliver exceptional products to KSOC’s customers, fostering revenue growth, operational efficiency, and heightened customer adoption and engagement.
  • Blend qualitative research and quantitative analysis to unearth valuable business insights. Translate these findings into succinct narratives that inform our product decisions effectively.
  • Streamline intricate or ambiguous customer needs into well-defined, concise strategies. Comfortably convey these strategies through written and visual mediums, translating them into clear product requirements that drive executable initiatives.
  • Efficiently drive cross-organizational projects, equipped with strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of KSOC’s overarching business landscape.
  • Enjoy high visibility within your role and seize the opportunity to articulate the security product strategy, roadmap, and its customer impact to the extended product and leadership teams.
  • Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through implementation and launch.
  • Craft and lead a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and enablement.
  • Establish yourself as a technical authority and trusted advisor, capable of evangelizing security products to technical users, business stakeholders, and industry analysts.

Remote: Technical Leadership:
Drive the development and deployment of our systems and applications.
Define the technical design and architecture of primary systems and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and bring creative software solutions to life.

Technical Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Proven experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Salesforce, and BI Tools
Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Experience with secure coding techniques and a solid understanding of modern compliance and security concerns.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Humility, openness to feedback, and a drive for continuous personal and professional growth.
Experience & Leadership:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within software development teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage and guide teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
Proven experience in managing contractors and remote teams.

A strong history of innovative solutions and forward-thinking.
Demonstrated experience in fostering an environment of creativity and innovation within a team.
