Experienced Quality Assurance Engineer
What we’re looking for
Zunta is a rapidly growing healthcare SaaS company looking for an experienced software tester to join
our team. This person will be responsible for the quality of our product, including but not limited to
executing both manual and automated test scripts.

Requirements
This role operates out of our Lakewood, NJ office. Our current technology stack is TypeScript, Nest.js,
Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud server.
Firm requirements:
● 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience, preferably working on customer-facing
applications
● Strong SQL skills
● Experience writing automated tests using PlayWright, Jest, Mocha, or similar tools
● Creative thinker and problem solver
● Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
● Attention to detail and a responsible attitude
Strong pluses:
● Formal training in Quality Assurance, Computer Science or a closely related field
● Experience working in a mature software engineering organization that has robust DevOps and
deployment practices, including a formal methodology like Scrum, Kanban, or XP
● Hands-on experience with multiple pieces of our technology stack
● Experience with static analysis tools like esLint and SonarQube

Specialist to bridge the gap between our customer service and software development teams. This role is pivotal in
ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
● Support our Customer Service Team
○ Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to
ensure a seamless customer experience.
○ Suggest workarounds for the Customer Service Team before development fixes can be
implemented.
● Diagnose and Resolve Issues
○ Investigate, diagnose, and fix technical and data issues – includes writing scripts to assess scope of
data bugs and updating data
○ Identify and Diagnose more complex software problems for escalation to the development team.
